It’s popular to connect a laptop to the TV for enjoying watching anything on the big screen. There are different ways to connect your laptop to the TV. This post is going to tell you the common one — how to connect a laptop to the TV via HDMI. It’s pretty easy. Just go on with the following 4 steps, you can do it at once.

Step 1.

Power on your laptop and TV (both with HDMI port) and prepare an HDMI cable. 

Step 2.

Plug HDMI cable into both your laptop’s and TV’s HDMI ports.

Step 3.

Now you may see your TV with a blue screen showing a No signal message. Press INPUT or the SOURCE button on your TV remote. Then use the Arrow icon to choose HDMI 1 on the TV screen.

Step 4.

Now on your TV, you may see the same screen with a laptop.

Best Advice -  If you have an HDTV or Smart TV 4K 40 inches to 60 inches TV have HDMI Ports (up to 3 ports).

Best Advice -  If you have a new 15 inches laptop (Windows 10) with WiFi, HDMI port. Plus You need to buy a new wireless keyboard with mouse.
