Returns Policy:

1. Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition.

3. The item must be returned in its original packaging.

4. please get in touch with us prior to returning the item to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Refunds:

1. Upon receiving your returned item, we will conduct an inspection and inform you of its receipt.

2. Following the inspection, we will promptly notify you regarding the status of your refund.

3. If your return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your credit or the original method of payment.

4. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Return Shipping:

You may return new, unopened within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If return is due to our error (such receiving incorrect or defective), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds are typically within four weeks of handing your package to the return shipper. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time required to process your return upon receipt (3 to 5 business days), and the time for your bank finalize the refund (5 to 10 business). In many cases, refunds are issued more quickly.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your product. We recommend using a traceable carrier such as USPS Priority, FedEx, or UPS. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

To return an item, log in to your account, locate the order under the "Complete Orders" link in the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. You will receive an email notification once we have received and processed your returned item.

International Orders -

Although SMITH DISTRIBUTORS does not ship International orders directly to customers, we would like to propose an alternative for our International customers.  You can still place an order with SMITH DISTRIBUTORS by signing up with a third party mail forwarding service*.  This gives you a domestic address, in the United States, that SMITH DISTRIBUTORS will ship to at our same low (or free) domestic shipping rates.  The mail forwarding service takes care of getting your mail to you in your country.  This is a simpler and more cost-effective way of servicing our International customers.  Please see below for how this works and how to get started.

Many of our international customers rely on mail forwarding services. Once you are registered with a mail company, the process becomes straightforward for you as an international customer, as you know exactly what to expect. It also simplifies our operations, enabling us to manage all customers—domestic and international—uniformly, which helps maintain smooth operations and low prices.

Q: Is it expensive or complicated?

A: We believe utilizing mail forwarding services is more advantageous than shipping directly through SMITH DISTRIBUTORS. These companies are experts in navigating customs regulations and can recommend the most suitable options based on price and. Since they purchase international shipping in bulk from carriers, they receive discounts that we cannot access. Their services are reasonably priced, with some charging a monthly fee and an upfront cost, while others do not charge any recurring fees.

Q: How do I place an order with you?  

A: The initial step is to register with a mail forwarding service. This service provides you with a U.S address to receive packages, which are then forwarded to your country for a fee. This greatly facilitates online shopping for international customers. Once registered, you can shop conveniently from any U.S.-based online store.
