Members have access to our Inventory files, available in CSV formats, updated multiple times daily. You can obtain our full inventory file or create a custom file using pre-formatted templates for various platforms such as Shopify, Bigcommerce, Kreative, Amazon FBA and CSV Inventory Lists EXCEL (Purchase Order System or Amazon FBA). Our inventory files include UPCs, pictures, retail prices, wholesale costs, inventory (in-stock), descriptions, titles, fixed shipping or FREE SHIPPING, and more.
You can import the CSV file with the UPCs into your website store to save time. Our wholesale price offers a 30% discount for free sign-up or 40% discount for paid subscription. Subtracting the discount percentage from the retail price calculates the profit margin; the remaining amount is the wholesale price payable to our online store.
Our data feed is updated daily, including new products, inventory status updates, quantity changes, and removal of discontinued items. Users are responsible for utilizing the data feed to keep their website current.

Step 5 - Collect the Payment
After selling a product, collect the retail price from the buyer. Choose a suitable payment method, such as credit card, PayPal, cash, check, or money order.
Step 6 - Process the Sale with Smith Distributors
Once the buyer has made their payment, access your Smith Distributors wholesale account to purchase the product at the wholesale price. Any amount received in excess of this cost constitutes your profit. Additionally, managing orders from various suppliers in one centralized location enhances efficiency.
To proceed, visit our website and utilize the search box to locate the item you sold. Add it to your cart, input your customer's shipping address, and finalize the payment for the order. The remaining funds are retained as your earnings. If the order is placed before 4:00 pm EST (1:00 pm PST), it will be dispatched on the same day, complete with tracking information.
Step 7 - Same Day Shipping - Product Gets Shipped to Your Customer
When placing an order through Smith Distributors, simply enter the customer's shipping address under your account. Smith Distributors will ship the product directly to the customer on your behalf, thereby saving you time and money on shipping costs.
Smith Distributors offers blind drop shipping of name brand products directly to your customers. If you ship an item to an address other than your registration address, it will be shipped in the blind. This means that no paperwork will indicate what you paid, and our company name will not be included on or with the package.
Orders placed before 4 pm EST (1 pm PST) Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped the same day. The tracking information will be emailed and available on your account dashboard on the same day that the order ships. This approach helps you build a positive reputation and keeps your customers satisfied.
Once you have placed the order and we have shipped it, it is important to send the tracking number to your customer, so they are informed when to expect the delivery. You may follow up with a polite email a week or two after delivery and perhaps offer a coupon code to your website (if applicable) to encourage future purchases. This can convert your customers into loyal patrons.
Please note that your customer will be charged for shipping or FREE SHIPPING. Alternatively, you can choose to invoice them for the items they purchase. If you do not inform the customer about the shipping costs, you will be responsible for covering them.
